He is the author of, among other novels, THE ADVENTURES OF TOM SAWYER and THE ADVENTURES OF HUCKLEBERRY FINN, as well as many short works. Hamlin Hill and Robert Gray Bruce both teach in the English Department at Texas A&M University.
