Collins Booksellers Returns Policy for Online Purchases

If you wish to return a book/CD/DVD/Kobo e-reader please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the item either by phone (02) 8206 9035 or email websales@collinsbooks.com.au, advising us of the reason for the return and for a Returns Authorization.

Collins Seekbooks Pty Ltd will accept returns of:

     a) Books within 21 days of shipping and in new condition.
     b) Kobo e-readers within 21 days of shipping and in new condition.
    c) Kobo e-readers, DVDs, CD's and other items shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped must be returned in original sealed or shrink-wrapped condition if you are requesting an exchange or credit, within 21 days of shipping. We cannot accept Kobo e-readers, CDs or DVDs as returns, unless the goods are factory sealed and unused, or faulty.

Once you have received our Returns Authorization, return the goods together with the Returns Authorization and packing slip to:

If you have no packing slip, please return the item with a copy of the order acknowledgement email you received when placing your order.

For your protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post Collins Seekbooks Pty Ltd cannot pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error. All returns will be issued a gift card (to the value of the item) which can be redeemed against future purchases, either online or instore. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return.
