We are passionate about retailing, books and reading. If you share our passion we invite you to consider joining the Collins Booksellers franchise network.
As a quality book retailer we cater to a wide range of customer needs and interests, both instore and online. We focus on range and customer service. As professional booksellers we pride ourselves on having extensive book knowledge which we enjoy sharing with our customers. Combining a solid range, great customer service, product knowledge and store presentation, Collins Booksellers offers vast experience in the field of bookselling. Collins recognises the changing needs of our customers and our focus is on delivering the best book retail experience in store and online for books in all formats.
Collins Booksellers is embarking on an exciting growth phase, having recently acquired online book retailer Seek Media and recently relaunched its website and e-commerce platform. These developments have provided the platform for Collins Booksellers to shift to an integrated multi channel retail business that shares the benefits with its franchisees. In a first for Franchise book retailing, Collins franchisees will benefit from a percentage revenue share of all online sales and eBook downloads.
Collins Booksellers recently announced its partnership with Kobo, a global leader in eReading with more than 4.3 million users in over 100 countries worldwide. The partnership will enable Collins Booksellers customers to engage in reading on a whole new level with Kobo, as well as attract a new reading audience with the technological advancements Kobo brings to e-reading.
